General Terms and Conditions

1. It is our policy to provide quality oil burner spares, service and products. All prices are net of vat at the current rate.  All prices and packing costs on the web site are for UK delivery only.  Please email for prices to other destinations.

2. It is our policy only to offer goods that we have in stock or that were freely available when offered for sale.

3. We operate a secure website to keep your details free from abuse. Nor do we disclose your personal details do dny third parties

4. All goods are packaged suitable for general UK carriage and over seas.

5. All deliveries are by a known delivery company only. All UK delivery are normally within 24 hours after leaving our premises; however should we be out of stock of the item ordered we will inform you by email or phone advising you of a delivery date. Deliverys are made during normal working hours Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).  All items are sent out on a 24 hours services and we rely on the delivery company to deliver on time; we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the delivery company. In the unlikely event of a missing or late delivery please email your details to info@mru-uk.co.uk quoting your order conformation number & your name & address so that we can trace your order & deal with it promptly

6. We are unable to guarantee a precise delivery time for goods despatched by postal services.

7. Any goods found to be damaged on delivery must be returned to us within 7 days unused and in the original packing together with deatils of your purchase order and your name and address.  On our receipt of the damaged item we will arrange either exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

8. We accept no responsibility for any items incorrectly ordered .

9. A handling/administration charge will be made for any irem returned to us that has been incorrectly ordered.

10. Any item returned for refund must be in new condition, unopened with no fitting marks. We cannot offer a refund for any item that is not in a resaleable condition.

11. Our on-line ordering service is only available for deliveries to England and Wales.  For any other delivery address customers are asked to contact our office by phone or e-mail to ascertain delivery costs.

12. Any cancelled order will be subjected to 30% administration fee to cover our costs.
